The North Face tapped OK COOL to develop TikTok content to position their backpacks as the back-to-school essential. By not following the typical fashion-creator route, we produced UGC-style videos that feel native to TikTok and The North Face’s target audiences to help content breakthrough the sea of back-to-school messaging. The content OK COOL produced received more than 10M+ views, which resulted in an uptick of sales and ultimately, the featured backpack sold out within 7 days of our video being uploaded.
