You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships, manage culturally relevant campaigns, and help shape ideas that people actually care about online. What you’ll do
Lead the charge
- Own the client relationship, day-to-day.
- Keep projects on track, on brief, on time, on budget.
- Translate feedback and briefs like a pro.
Think strategically
- Spot opportunities to improve work and grow accounts.
- Bring social-first, platform-native thinking to every campaign.
- Stay ahead of trends, culture, and internet moments.
Champion creative
- Help shape ideas that feel right for the audience and the algorithm.
- Give clear, constructive feedback to creative teams.
- Know when to push, when to pivot, and when to press go.
Be everyone’s go-to
- Keep the team and client aligned with slick comms and smarter processes.
- Escalate issues early – with solutions, not stress.
- Support junior team members and collaborate cross-departmentally.
Know the numbers
- Scope projects, manage budgets, track burn.
- Help deliver great work without over-servicing.

You’ll thrive if you…
- Have 4–6 years’ agency experience within retail and fashion (bonus if it’s social-first).
- Are fluent in TikTok, IG, YouTube and pop culture.
- Can think creatively and commercially at the same time.
- Love a to-do list and a well-run status meeting.
- Bring positive energy, clarity, and confidence to every conversation.
