As an Account Executive at OK COOL, you’re the engine that keeps things moving. You’re curious, organised, culturally switched-on, and hungry to learn how great creative work gets made.

This role is perfect for someone who loves internet culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the world of social-first campaigns. You’ll support senior team members, help manage timelines and tasks, and build trusted relationships – inside the agency and with clients.

What you’ll do

Keep everything on track

• Help run day-to-day account activity and campaign logistics.
• Take killer notes, prep agendas, and follow up like a boss.
• Update project trackers and timelines so nothing gets missed.

Support great work

• Brief creative and production teams clearly and accurately.
• Help gather insights, moodboards, and platform best practices.
• Sense-check content to make sure it’s on-brand and platform-appropriate.

Be the eyes and ears

• Stay plugged into social trends and what’s popping on TikTok, IG, and YouTube.
• Share new formats, creators, and cultural moments with the team.
• Be ready with smart suggestions to make ideas even better.

Communicate like a pro

• Be responsive, organised, and solutions-focused in everything you do.
• Build trust with teammates, clients, and collaborators.
• Ask questions, take feedback, and keep learning.

You’ll thrive if you…

• Have 1–2 years’ experience (agency, brand, or internship welcome).
