Michelin starred restaurant Duddell’s engaged us to deliver strategy and 360 social media management for their first restaurant launch outside Hong Kong.

We developed and delivered individual pre-launch, launch and post-launch strategies, each with a unique set of objectives and activities to maximise impact.


The social media brand DNA we implemented provided a framework for content that was bold, sophisticated and sumptuous, resulting in 10k organic followers in 5 months, enthusiastic engagement and an exponential uptick in bookings.

OK COOL’s name epitomises our reaction to their work for the London launch of our art-centric restaurant concept Duddell’s.
