Launching May 2019, Beached is natural beauty brand inspired by the golden shores of Australia. Their aim was to champion natural products for a natural look and communicate their aesthetic to UK cities “from beach to street”.
Hot on the heels of Korea’s ‘K-beauty’ movement, Australia’s ‘A-beauty’s’ is characterised by the consumer’s desire for the clean and easy; where being natural and wearing natural are a way of life. These are quick and conscious products that encapsulate the Australian way of life, wherever you are. For those who want to feel beach beautiful, even when they’re stuck in the office.
We developed an integrated launch campaign comprising beautiful photography, witty and engaging copy and influencer activations. We worked with some of the best photographers and makeup artists in the London beauty scene and shot our launch campaign on the streets of Shoreditch to showcase beachy, glowing skin against the backdrop of an urban cityscape. We worked with a number of the UK’s leading beauty & lifestyle influencers to drum up launch hype and to position Beached as the definitive clean beauty brand
As a result, Beached sold a large number of units on launch day from social alone and has successfully garnered a loyal and engaged fan base.
